ENERGY
As a powerful force you can apply to make incredible things happen, energy is key to success. During different moments of our coaching relationship, we may work on freeing energy (saying thank you and farewell to practices that no longer serve you), creating energy (finding and putting into place new practices that serve to inspire and sustain you), and mobilizing energy (taking action on steps that bring you farther along the path of your own personal and professional development).
COMMITMENT
Being wildly successful, creatively inspired and professionally fulfilled takes a lot of hard work. My most successful clients are those who are committed to entering long-term coaching relationships (usually a minimum of six months to a year), and doing all the work that relationship entails. Some of that work includes being 'coachable,' bringing clear and specific agendas to every coaching call, and fully showing up to every call in an honest, open and receptive space.
ACTION
I work on a monthly retainer that includes three coaching sessions each month, 'spot coaching' through brief email and phone interactions, periodic reviews of client progress, and my intentionally holding the space for you to be successful all month long! |
